Our own brand 3mm plug patch puncture repairs conform to the latest British Standard BSau159 for tyre repairs. The patch restores the tubeless properties of the tyre, whilst the rubber stem seals the tread to prevent the ingress of potentially damaging water and contaminants. For best results use in conjunction with Tech 775 heavy duty blue vulcanising cement. This product has a smaller 26mm patch diameter and will repair up to a 3mm injury in motorcycle and car/light commercial tyres. To ensure a perfect seal, the damage should be cleaned and prepared with a 3mm Tungsten Carbide Cutter using a low speed electric or air drill.
